  1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

    • To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
    • The artwork must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
  2. Returns

    • If you wish to return an artwork, please contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing your order details and reasons for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
    • You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to us in a secure and trackable manner. Please ensure proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
    • After we receive and inspect the returned artwork, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping or handling fees.
    • Please note that the refund may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
  3. Exchanges

    • If you would like to exchange an artwork for another piece available on our platform, please contact our customer support team to initiate the exchange process.
    • We will guide you through the steps to return the original artwork and provide you with options for selecting a new artwork.
    • Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will proceed with shipping the new artwork to you.
    • Any price differences between the original and exchanged artwork will be adjusted accordingly.
  4. Damaged or Defective Artwork

    • In the unlikely event that the artwork you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with detailed information and photographic evidence.
    • We will assess the situation and work with you to find the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
    • Please retain the original packaging as we may require it for further investigation or return purposes.
  5. Non-Returnable Items

    • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for commissioned or custom-made artworks, as they are specifically created to your specifications.
    • Sale or discounted items are also non-returnable.
