This exceptional purple ebru notebook is covered with an original work of Classical Battal (Stone) Ebru, one of the oldest and most celebrated forms of Turkish marbling. Each notebook is individually covered by hand using an original marbled paper, making every piece truly one of a kind.
Featuring 120 sheets (240 pages), both the front and back covers are finished with authentic hand-marbled paper created using traditional Ebru techniques that have been practised for centuries. Such original handcrafted Ebru is exceptionally rare to find in the UK, and each composition reflects the remarkable precision and artistic mastery of the maker.
Designed for everyday use, it is equally suited as a journal, sketchbook, or thoughtful gift for collectors, writers, artists, and anyone who appreciates exceptional craftsmanship.
